Can I start with any course?
Yes. Every course stands on its own, so you can start with any of the four. The Practitioner Training follows them in the order of the year: Breathwork & Bodywork, Trance Energy Healer and Mediumship, Quantum Hypnosis and Systemic Work.
Do I need prior knowledge or experience?
No. You do not need any prior knowledge or experience to enrol. Every course starts from the ground up.
What is the difference between one course and the Practitioner Training?
The courses are exactly the same. With the Buenavida® Practitioner Training you follow all four in 2027, with all four practice weeks and four certificates, at a lower price than four separate courses. Read more about the full year.
I already followed a Buenavida® course. What now?
Welcome back. Choose the courses you have not followed yet, and skip the one you have already done.
How does the online part work?
Every course starts online, in English, with recorded lessons that you follow at home before the practice week. Every two weeks there is a live Q&A on Tuesday evening, 7 pm Central European Time, recorded so you can always watch it back. Systemic Work also has a small practice group with fellow students.
Where and when are the practice weeks?
Every practice week takes place in Malaga, Spain, for five days, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00. Breathwork & Bodywork from 15 to 19 March, Trance Energy Healer and Mediumship from 24 to 28 May, Quantum Hypnosis from 13 to 17 September and Systemic Work from 15 to 19 November 2027.
Are accommodation and meals included?
Lunch is included on all five days of the practice week. Accommodation is not included, so you book your own stay in Malaga.
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes, for every course. You take a theory exam and a practical exam, both online. When you pass, you receive your certificate as a practitioner in that method.
Is everything in English?
Yes. The lessons, the live Q&As, the practice weeks and the exams are all in English.
Can I pay in instalments?
The launch price applies to full payment upfront. From 1 November, you can also pay in three instalments.
Which price applies when?
Can I join Breathwork & Bodywork when I am pregnant?
Breathwork is not suitable during pregnancy. If you are planning to become pregnant in the coming year, take that into account before you sign up for this course.
Can my brother or sister follow Systemic Work in the same year?
No. Brothers and sisters do not follow Systemic Work in the same year. A single constellation in the same period is fine. A full training, constellation after constellation, is not. You are welcome to follow the other courses together.
