Buenavida is a healing and embodiment platform founded by Valérie Baetens, Transformational Healer, Psychic Channel and Soul Business Mentor, currently based in Portugal, with deep roots in Belgium.

Buenavida was born from a solitary awakening.
At 23, Valérie found herself deeply alone in her spiritual awakening, surrounded by a world that did not yet speak the language of energy or soul. Without community or mirrors, she turned inward and eventually outward, traveling abroad to find answers and study with teachers who did.

What began as a personal healing journey later became a life’s work.

Through years of devotion, Buenavida took shape as the container for Valérie’s training and embodiment in Energy Healing, Chakra Work, Quantum Hypnosis, Breathwork, Inner Child Healing, Ancestral Healing and Family Constellations.
This path was formed through hundreds of hours of workshops, certifications and lived spiritual practice.

Alongside this, Valérie is trained as a Digital Marketing Manager with over 13 years of professional experience.
What initially drew her to marketing was creativity and communication, but over time its deeper purpose revealed itself.
To give voice, branding and visibility to soul missions.

Her intuitive gift for strategy and communication evolved into a deeper mission.
