Valérie Baetens
Valérie brings together more than 13 years of digital marketing and brand strategy with years of transformational, energetic and intuitive work. Her work lives at the intersection of soul, identity, business, visibility and creation.
Her facilitation is informed by her background in trauma work, while RE is not positioned as a trauma retreat. Nervous-system awareness and regulation are used as part of a broader approach to founder capacity, receiving, visibility, decision-making and sustainable growth.
Through Buenavida she has guided more than 2,000 women, hosted 30+ retreats and trained 100+ healers. Through Beedigital she has helped entrepreneurs translate ideas and missions into brands people can understand, feel and buy from.
At the retreat, those worlds become one: the internal shift and the external business decisions are allowed to happen in the same room.

The retreat will include a small number of guest sessions with founders and experts who can add a specific perspective to the room. Their names and session topics will be announced as the retreat approaches.
The retreat remains led and held by Valérie; guest speakers are invited to deepen selected parts of the business experience rather than turn the experience into a conference.

Do I need to have an established business?
No. The retreat is most useful when you already have a real idea, offer, audience or business direction to work with, but you do not need to be at a specific revenue level.
What matters is that you are ready to make decisions and take responsibility for what you create next.
Is this mainly healing or mainly business?
Both worlds are intentionally connected. Some sessions explore identity, subconscious patterns, energy and embodiment; others work directly on positioning, offers, brand, sales, visibility and execution.
The purpose is not to separate the founder from the business, but to create movement in both.
Will we work on my actual business?
Yes. The retreat is not built around abstract inspiration. You will be invited to make real choices about what you sell, how you position it, what needs to change and what you will focus on after the retreat.
Do I need experience with Human Design, breathwork or energy work?
No. No previous experience is required. Every modality is used as a doorway for reflection, insight or transformation and will be introduced in context.
Is this a therapy programme?
No. The Buenavida Business Retreat is a transformational business retreat and is not a replacement for psychological or medical care.
Who are the guest speakers?
The guest speakers are still to be announced. They will be selected for specific expertise that adds value to the founders in the room. The retreat itself is led by Valérie Baetens.
What will I leave with?
Your exact outcome will depend on where you enter the retreat, but the intention is clear: stronger self-leadership, sharper business direction and a focused plan for what happens next.
