Buenavida Retreats bring together deep inner work and embodied experience. Depending on the edition, the journey can include energy healing, breathwork, inner child work, systemic work, quantum hypnosis, ritual, sound and integration.
There is always a clear container, but never a rigid copy-paste script. Each retreat has its own theme, its own atmosphere and its own way of meeting the people who step into it.

Valérie is the founder of Buenavida and guides the retreats through an integrated approach to healing, embodiment and transformation. Her work brings together energetic, subconscious, somatic and systemic layers rather than treating them as separate experiences.
Across the different retreat concepts, the intention remains the same: to create a grounded, intimate space in which real shifts can happen - and have enough room to land.
