The Buenavida Method grew from five years of individual 1:1 sessions.
During those years, I offered each session separately. Almost every client chose to combine several sessions and turn them into a longer process. The method was already taking shape before I gave it a name.
In 2025, I stopped offering these healing sessions as separate 1:1 bookings and brought them together as The Buenavida Method. It is now one private trajectory with six sessions. The structure is clear, while the order stays personal to what is happening for you.
I work across the body, the subconscious, family systems and the intuitive field. We choose the session that fits the question and the moment, then continue from what changed.

Who is The Buenavida Method for?+
It is for someone who wants focused 1:1 support across a complete two-month trajectory. You may arrive with one clear question, a recurring pattern or simply the sense that something needs attention.
What is included?+
The journey includes Trance Energy Healing, Inner Child Healing, Quantum Healing Hypnosis, a Shamanic Breathwork Session, a Family Constellation and a Future Life Progression. You also receive an in-depth Birth Card Year Reading as a PDF bonus.
Do the sessions follow a fixed order?+
No. The six session types are fixed, but their order is not. Before every appointment, I tune in and we decide together which of the remaining sessions fits that moment best.
How are the dates planned?+
You select an available start month on the payment page. After you enrol, we agree on an exact start date within that month. From that date, all six sessions are scheduled within a two-month period.
Where do the sessions take place?+
Sessions can take place in person in Ericeira, Portugal, or online from anywhere via Zoom.
Can I follow the journey in Dutch or English?+
Yes. Sessions are available in both Dutch and English. Dutch is my native language.
Can I book mediumship guidance or distance energy healing separately?+
Yes, through a recorded Tarot Reading. The cards are one part of the reading, but I also tune in through mediumship and include distance energy healing. You receive the complete reading as an audio recording, so you can listen again whenever you feel called to. It can work as both guidance and an energetic activation.

Yes. You can pay €1,111 in full or choose two monthly instalments of €577. The first instalment is paid when you enrol and the second is charged one month later. The total investment with the payment plan is €1,154.
Is the breathwork session suitable for everyone?+
Breathwork may not be suitable in every situation. If you are under medical or therapeutic care, ask the relevant professional whether you can participate and let me know before we schedule this session.
Is there always space to begin?+
I only open a small number of trajectories at a time. If no start month is available, all current places are filled.
